Customers have the option to request a new proposal any time before their spa is installed. If the new proposal contains an offer or pricing the customer prefers over their original agreement, they can sign and proceed with the new contract. Any payments made will be applied to the new contract. If the new contract results in an overpayment, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers will not be automatically notified of new offers or promotions, but can request a new contract by contacting the store or their original sales representative.
