This software (“the Integration”) is operated by Bullfrog Spas North for its own internal business use. It is not offered, sold, licensed or distributed to the public, and no third party is granted any right to use it.
Permitted use
Use is limited to employees and contractors of Bullfrog Spas North acting in that capacity, and solely to synchronise Bullfrog Spas North’s own QuickBooks Online company files with Bullfrog Spas North’s internal operations systems.
No warranty
The Integration is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Bullfrog Spas North accepts no liability arising from its use. It does not constitute accounting, tax or financial advice, and it is not a system of record: QuickBooks Online remains the authoritative source for all financial data.
Intuit
The Integration accesses QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s published APIs under Bullfrog Spas North’s own authorisation. Intuit is not a party to this agreement and provides no warranty in respect of the Integration.
Termination
Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Integration from within QuickBooks Online. See how to disconnect.
