Bullfrog Spas North operates a private integration between our QuickBooks Online accounting files and our internal delivery scheduling system. It is used only by our own staff, on our own company records, and is not offered to or usable by anyone else.

What it does

When a customer orders a hot tub, the order is scheduled for delivery and installation in our operations system. This integration reads the matching invoice and payment status from QuickBooks Online, so the team scheduling that delivery can confirm the order is paid before the truck is loaded. It also supports our internal accounts-receivable reporting.

What it accesses

Customer, invoice and payment records from Bullfrog Spas North’s own QuickBooks Online company files, read only. It does not process payments and does not modify accounting records.
